FAQs
Canada visitor visa — answered.
What is the difference between a TRV and Super Visa?+
A standard TRV is typically valid up to your passport expiry with stays up to 6 months per visit. The Super Visa is for parents/grandparents of Canadian PRs/citizens with stays up to 5 years per entry.
How long does Canada visitor visa processing take?+
Processing times vary by season — typically 4–10 weeks from biometrics. We monitor IRCC processing closely and time submissions accordingly.
Can I apply if my US visa was refused?+
Yes. Canadian visa officers assess your case independently. We address how the previous refusal will be framed in your application.
Is medical insurance required?+
Yes for Super Visa applicants — minimum CAD 100,000 from a Canadian insurer. We coordinate this for you.
Do you handle refusal cases?+
Yes — Canadian refusal recovery is a core part of our practice. We obtain GCMS notes, diagnose the real refusal reason and rebuild.
